The Melrose Hotel offers a solid stay with clean rooms and friendly hosts, making for an excellent value overall. The location is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the beach just across the street. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fabulous, right on the seafront, and the price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. While my room was clean and offered a beautiful view, there were issues with the owner's attitude that took away from the overall stay. Plus, parking can be a bit of a hassle, but the breakfast was absolutely worth it.
